The program promise

Leadership starts before the title.

Young people do not have to wait until adulthood, earn a title, or hold a formal position to lead. Their stories, choices, voices, and actions can influence the environments they are already part of.

Lead Well invites participants to recognize the value of their stories while retaining full ownership over what they choose to share. No personal or painful disclosure is ever required.

Designed for

Young people impacted by foster care and adoption · High school and college students · Transition-age youth · Student leaders · Youth councils and leadership programs
